Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We reserve the right to delay shipment temporarily due to inventory shortages or system maintenance, and we will notify you via email in advance.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide multiple shipping options displayed on the checkout page.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are reference values and may be extended due to remote areas, bad weather, customs inspection or logistics delays beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout based on product weight, package size and delivery destination. We may launch free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to activity rules posted on the page. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipment error is caused by our side (wrong item, missing goods, defective products).

 

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track real-time logistics status on our website or official courier platform.

 

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

You shall provide accurate and complete recipient name, phone number and delivery address when placing orders. We are not responsible for lost or returned parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid addresses provided by you.

 

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the courier fails to deliver the package multiple times due to unreachable contact information or refusal of receipt, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will bear the round-trip logistics fees if you still need re-delivery. If you apply for a refund, relevant shipping charges will be deducted.

 

7. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For cross-border shipments, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes incurred are borne by the recipient in accordance with local customs regulations. We do not cover such extra charges.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Please check the package immediately upon receipt. If goods are damaged, missing or lost during transit, contact our customer service within 48 hours after delivery with order number and photos of outer package and damaged items. We will arrange re-delivery or partial/full refund after verification.

 

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to adjust this Shipping Policy without prior notice. Your continued purchase of products means you accept the updated terms.
